Oh my gosh! I am sooooooooooooo sorry! Okay, here's a post!
First order of business: I changed the blog template? Whaddaya think??
Second order of business: The post! Today, I'm going to talk about organizing your makeup and hair products. Because, believe me, I know how hard it is to keep it all organized.
Makeup:
Step 1: Go through your makeup. If there is anything expired, throw it away.
Step 2: Sort everything into piles (Mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, colored lip gloss, clear lip gloss, etc.)
Step 3: Depending on where you keep your makeup, get the proper storage. If you have your makeup in drawers, get drawer organizers or small storage boxes. If you have your makeup on a dresser get different storage bins and label them with all of the different makeup products.
Step 4: Make sure that the system works for you and that you'll be able to get ready using the system
Step 5: Tah dah! All done!
Hair Products:
Step 1: Go through your rubber bands and see if there are any snapped ones, go through your bobby pins and see if there are any rusted or stretched ones.
Step 2: Go through your headbands and make sure there are none that are too small for your head.
Step 3: Get a burnt out candle and put it in the freezer. Leave it in the freezer for a minimum of twenty-four hours. When you take it out you should be able to take the candle right out, leaving you with a round glass jar. Use that to put your bobby pins in.
Step 4: If you are storing your things in drawers, organize your hair clips and head bands any way you choose
Step 5: If you are storing your things on a dresser, attach a long ribbon to the wall using a thumbtack. Attach your hair clips to the ribbon. Put everything else on the dresser
Step 6: Tah dah! All done!
I'm so sorry it took me so long to get this post up!
Love,
Charline
